Lewis’ journey into fitness began with a fascination for how the human body moves and functions. Pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and further education in Japanese medicine allowed Lewis to delve deep into the intricacies of biomechanics, where he honed his skills in optimising movement patterns for performance and injury prevention.

Lewis’ years of experience in the industry have lead him to take a holistic approach to training, emphasising not just physical exercise but also nutrition, psychological, and personalised strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. By addressing all aspects of wellness, Lewis ensures his clients achieve lasting results.

 

He strongly believes that exercise should benefit your body. Everyone's needs are unique and Lewis endeavour's to find the best way for you to train, whether that be in recovering from an injury or to improve performance.
